A creamy smoothie full of healthy nutrients. If you haven't tried avocado in your smoothies before, this is a great one to start with, its sweet but not too sweet as long as you get a ripe pineapple in there and the avocado is complimented by the banana.
I held off with adding ice cubes due to it being December but if you're feel brave go ahead.
Prep time: 5 mins
Try it, you'll feel satisfied, energised and positively glowing!
200 g sweet ripe pineapple, chopped
60 g kale
1 ripe banana
½ of a ripe avocado
5 drops of Cannankinetic Daily
2 tsp chia seeds
2 cups of water to top up
Simply add all the ingredients to your blender or smoothie maker, top up with water and blend for 1 minutes – until everything is thoroughly incorporated.
You could also add a large handful of ice if you like your smoothies really cold.
